Let’s get you fit! CrossFit is a strength and conditioning program built to improve your fitness and health. We utilize aerobics, gymnastics, and weight lifting to give your body a holistic, cohesive workout. This balance builds your body and allows you to develop at a healthy, sustainable level. Since 2010, our gym has supported the Downriver community of all fitness levels and age groups. Our gym includes CrossFit veterans, newbies, seniors, teenagers, bodybuilders, and people just looking to break a sweat.
