Coach Helen is a Fitness Nutritional Specialist, a 4th degree black belt Master instructor, a Certified Personal Trainer, and has a CrossFit L-1 certification. She has over 20 years experience teaching traditional martial arts, self-defense and kickboxing. Helen also is a competitive cyclist and marathon runner. She instructs our Strong Kids classes as well as coaches the Crossfit 6:00am class. Helen has a strong passion for implementing proper nutrition in sport performance, weight loss and in every day life.
